Shawn has been teaching about health and wellness for fifteen years.  She has her Masters degree in Health Education and her undergraduate degree in Physical Education.  She has also been trained as a wellness coach, personal trainer and has her 200-hour yoga teacher certificate.  Shawn is excited to speak with others about her journey in hopes to encourage and inspire others to Pause. Breathe. Pray. and live out love.  She teaches to adults as well as to teens and youth.
