No More Sleepy Times

2017 LFTIO no more sleepy times.jpg

Every week when I would leave home I would make a paper chain so my kids could count down how many sleep times it was until I was home again.

This morning I received this picture from my husband of my son ripping the last one because...

Today my family is coming to join me for my last two treatments!!!!!🎉🎊🎈

Between finishing chemo yesterday, having my family join me today and knowing that I will be done with radiation tomorrow, I am on cloud 9 and running on pure adrenaline!

This has been quite a journey and I know I still have a road ahead of me but I am so thankful to God for giving our family the courage, perseverance, strength of heart and endurance to get through these seven weeks apart. I am extremely grateful to travel the rest of the journey with family by my side. 💗🙏💗

With gratitude and hope,
Shawn
