Do you, or someone you know, struggle with anxiety or depression? Are you the sixth grader who wants to be anyone but you? On the outside do you appear well but on the inside struggle? Are you in a marriage that needs life breathed back into it? Does being a parent feel more like a burden than a blessing? Do you get hot and sweaty when paying the bills? Do you feel like you like there is never enough time in the day?
If any of those resonate with you, join me at the Avon Public Library on Thursday, June 23 from 7-8:30 pm where I will share more about the person I wrote about above.
That person is me.
In my book, My Journey to Live From the Inside Out, I am transparent about my various struggles and how I came to stand on more solid ground in the different areas of my life.
Why did I expose my struggles in such a transparent way?
Because I know I am not unique; my story is relatable.
My book encourages others to get out of the muck and mire and stand on more solid ground. In the second half of the book I have purposefully put in a "Reflection, Intention, Action" section to inspire readers to take action in their own lives to live from the inside out as the person they were made to be.
I look forward to seeing you on Thursday night! Come alone - or - make it a stop on a night out with a friend.
I'd appreciate if you'd help spread the word by sharing this with others! Thank you!
Lastly, my book will be available for purchase along with the other authors who will be there. Come support your local authors!
See you there!
